The forthcoming XIV Triple Helix International Conference in 2016 has been built entirely from bottom-up with innovative ideas from the entire Triple Helix community. During the past months we have experienced an overwhelming activity of Triple Helix members and affiliates who have proposing various initiatives for the programmed. As a result, the conference programme has twenty tacks; three open sessions; and a number of roundtables and special events. Among the highlights are: the Oxford style debate on Science Parks as Edifice Complex the roundtable discussion on Social Innovation and comparisons across national innovation systems in Europe.
