The programme tracks for scientific papers and experience-based cases have been enhanced by new tracks. The new professional community of thirty-five track conveners have reviewed over seventy abstracts and for the first time provided feedback on submissions. As a result, the number of parallel sessions have expanded, offering a rich choice of topics and issues stimulating reflections and insights.
