My name is Liu Yan, was granted with the PhD degree in Chinese and Foreign Political Institution by Northeast Normal University, China in June 2016. Now I’m the Deputy Head of International Cooperation and Exchange Department of Yunnan Agricultural University and concurrently Deputy Director of Office of Yunnan Plateau Characteristic Agricultural Industry Research Institute. Since working in higher education field in Yunnan, China for over 10 years ago, I have been engaged in research on higher education and technological international cooperation, Chinese and foreign political institutions and overseas study policies of China. I’m responsible for administration over international technological cooperation of universities.

Dr. Annamária Inzelt is Founding Director of IKU Innovation Research Centre (1991). Honorary professor at the University of Szeged: She was prime member of doctoral school until 2014.She is holding DSc degree from Hungarian Academy of Sciences She was the first Hungarian representative in the OECD Working group of the NESTI. During that period she was also involved in OECD collaborations with transition economies and with emerging economies from different regions. (ASEAN, African, and Latin-American countries). She has been a scientific advisor to various EU research projects and participates in evaluation of EU FP projects as well as in various research projects, including PRIME NoE. She has been member of several international committees and editorial advisor. She has worked for UNECE conducted innovation reviews. She is regularly publishing her scientific results.

I am a French-qualified lawyer and Ph.D. candidate in Economics (Lumière University Lyon 2). Passionate by business law and innovation, I have acquired two complementary sets of skills: one in Business law with a focus on IP/IT matters and one in Innovation management. Through this formation, I aim to be proficient in both legal and business management activities related to innovative projects. I have already done several months of internships in various establishments in France and abroad both in Business law and Innovation management. I received an undergraduate degree (License) in Law, two graduate degrees (Master 2), one in Innovation management and one in IP law, and the Qualification to practice as an attorney in France (CAPA). I currently complete my Ph.D. in Economics, as a visiting Ph.D. student at the Free University of Berlin (Germany).

Biography
Degree in Chemistry from the Federal University of Goiás (UFG – 2005), Specialist in Innovation from the AGINTEC Program (ABIPT / SEBRAE / UFT – 2007), Master in Agroenergy (Renewable Energies) from the Federal University of Tocantins (UFT – 2010). In the master’s degree, he worked with the transesterification reaction of vegetable oils via ethyl, calculation of the yield of the transesterification reaction, optimization of biodiesel production via basic catalysis, physical-chemical analysis of vegetable oils, animal oils and sweet potato ethanol, determination starch content and distillation and purification of glycerin and ethanol. Federal and Chemical Server at the Federal University of Tocantins since March 2006, he was creator and Manager of the Laboratory Supply Management Center at UFT (NUGE LAB). He was Director of the Technological Innovation Nucleus at UFT between 2013 and 2016. Assisted in the writing, design and process of a dozen patent deposits in several technological areas at UFT, such as: Environmental Chemistry, Protein Purification, Food Chemistry , Chemistry of Natural Products. Then he was transferred to OPAJE (Observatory of Research Applied to Journalism and Teaching) where he currently remains. In partnership with Professor Dr. Francisco Gilson Rebouças Porto Junior, he created the Specialization in Strategic Management of Innovation and Scientific and Technological Policy, having been Coordinator of the first class of this Course, and co-responsible for articulating the implementation of the PROFNIT Master (Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer for Innovation) through FORTEC (NATIONAL FORUM OF TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION MANAGERS) at the UFT University Campus in Palmas TO. Currently serves as Coordinator of the Specialization in Strategic Management of Innovation and Scientific and Technological Policy, in addition to other activities related to technological management of patents. He has other experiences in the areas: Teaching in Physics, Chemistry and Biochemistry. He is an inventor and Patent Consultant, focusing on Renewable Energies, Natural Products Chemistry, Environmental Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Environmental Protection, Environmental Conservation and other Technological Sectors in specific areas.

Ewa Kopczynska is a manager and researcher with strong multidisciplinary knowledge which incorporates practical industry experience in areas such as consulting and development of projects related with innovation, entrepreneurship, corporate finance, skills development, internationalization and social and regional development and research experience in the areas of innovation and knowledge management within the NECE Research Center in Business Sciences. Biography
I am a Ph.D candidate in Economic Geography at Turku School of Economics, University of Turku. I have work experiences for more than 10 years as a lecturer/ in both academia and industry, in the fields such as teaching and training, university third mission activities, strategic planning for HEIs, cluster policy development for SMEs and management of regional development projects. During 2011-12, I initiated a student startup program at the Institute for Agro-technology of University of Colombo, Sri Lanka in collaboration with an international adviser of Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA). That was an special institute established to unveil higher education for rural or peri-urban sectors and this startup program basically intended for those regions. I have also served in project formulation teams and project implementation committees of this institute for several academic projects implemented under the donor funds of World bank and Asian Development Bank during 2011-2013. I have worked with different international organisations during my tenure with industry sector and was the project focal point for the first phase of joint development project implemented by WTO, UNIDO and The Spice Council of Sri Lanka to Establish a National Cinnamon Training Academy for Sri Lanka. Under my PhD research project I am investigating organizational adaptations related to university-business linkages under different regional dynamics and related policy contexts.

Adeyemi Oluwaseun Adepoju (PhD) is currently a Lecturer in the Department of Project Management Technology, School of Management Technology, Federal University of Technology, Akure. He was formerly a Researcher in Science Policy Research and Innovation Studies Department at National Centre for Technology Management, an agency of the Federal Ministry of Science and Technology in Nigeria. He possesses Bachelor and Master in Chemical engineering. He also possesses a PhD in Technology Management at the African Institute for Science, Policy and Innovation (AISPI), OAU Ile-Ife .He has participated in many international conferences/workshops/seminars and published articles in several international journals. His research interest is in the area of Energy policy and management, separation techniques in distillation column, technological capabilities and entrepreneurship, and project management.
