Biography
Assistant Professor at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Department for Management of Technology, Innovation, and Sustainable Development. She defended her Ph.D. thesis on the topic "Developing the Model for Measuring the Performance of Technology Management Based on the Triple Helix Model". Her research is focused on technology management, entrepreneurial ecosystem and university, performance measurement, Triple Helix concept, technology transfer, and third mission. Milica has an interdisciplinary background in information systems and technologies, operations research, and management of technology and innovation. She built experience working in academic, governmental, and business entities, developing a high understanding of different stakeholders' perspectives.
