Biography

Magdalena Ratalewska, Ph.D., graduated with honors from the Faculty of Management, University of Lodz in 2000 and in 2001began Ph.D. studies in the field of management sciences at the Department of Marketing at the Faculty of Management of the University. Since the beginning of her academic work, she has been involved in issues associated with how the organisation communicates with its environment and the implementation of new technologies. She has participated in many national and international research projects related to the implementation of, among others, remote education systems and she is an expert in this field. She started work at the University of Lodz in 2008, at the Interdisciplinary Department of New Media and Distance Education, and since 2013 she has worked as a lecturer at the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial Policy at the Faculty of Management. Magdalena Ratalewska, Ph.D., conducts research related to modern information and communication as well as educational technologies, entrepreneurship and innovation management. She also specialises in issues connected with the functioning of creative industries.
