Biography
Sarita is a assistant professor at the Faculty of Humanities at Leiden University. She teaches courses on organization theory and organizational behavior in the Bachelor International Studies. She is also the academic supervisor for the internship program.
Her passion is educating and connecting people, developing projects such as collaborations between business and academia. She enjoys coordinating with professors, managers, students, staff and team members and delivering high quality output together. This role requires her to forge connections, build networks and monitor their performance.
Logically she focused her dissertation research on the performance of business networks where multiple firms have to coordinate and combine efforts to deliver products and services to end-customers.
