During our latest webinar “Innovative place-based Triple Helix approaches for regional development through Smart Specialisation”, delivered on 4th June 2019 by Jan Larosse, former policy adviser of the Flemish Government for innovation and industrial policies and Richard Tuffs, former Director of the ERRIN network, we have discussed the importance and ways of orchestrating Triple Helix dynamics between regional authorities and other actors for the design and governance of Smart Specialization Strategies.
